Party Time Rental (PTR, Inc.) is one of Indiana's largest event
and party rental supply companies, and has been a 25 year member
of the American Rental Association ( ARA ), a Member of the
Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, and International
Special Events Society ( ISES ) as well . With over 25 years
of experience, we serve the needs of large corporations to the
individual: Annual conferences, weddings, cook-offs, galas,
parties, fundraisers and more: Party Time Rental does it all.
Our
event professionals know the questions to ask, and the service
staff is experienced and knowledgeable. In fact, our delivery
crew has over 70 years of combined tent installing experience.
All of Party Time Rental employees strive to provide outstanding
service every time. After all, our business is to assist our
customers in having a successful event. We know that large
or small, every event is a special event.

Our
History |
| |
Party
Time Rentals developed from Jack’s Tool Rental which
is a third generation “tool rental”. Jack’s
Tool Rental was founded by Jack Runyon in 1960 and was a general
equipment rental company serving homeowners and small contractors
in the Indianapolis area. Party Time Rental, began as a department
of Jack’s Tool Rental in 1976 and hired its' first employee
in 1978 (He is still employed with us today somewhere in the
back!). In 1982 the party department had grown to the point
that a new company was created. It was named Party Time Rental
and opened its' first showroom dedicated to party and event
rentals on Rangeline Rd. in Carmel, IN.
We
now have over 50 employees, and the largest selection of event
and party equipment in Central Indiana. Our customers extend
from within the Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Anderson,
Fishers, Lebanon and surrounding areas. Party Time Rental’s
professionals are all dedicated to their customers' successful
events.

Carrie
O'Brien is Director of Sales & Events
who joined the team in 2000. Carrie's expertise is in weddings,
church functions, home owner parties and corporate events.
Carrie's expertise covers tents, special functions, corporate
events, and weddings. Call Carrie to help plan your next event! |

Angie
Wilmer is our sales representative who brings
to the table enthusiasm, a flair for creativity and wonderful
customer service. Angie specializes in home owner parties,
church functions, retirement homes and hospital events, university/college
functions, and post prom parties. |

Davey
Neal is our newest sales representative who
has many experience in planning successful events. His expertise
lends itself towards auto dealerships, restaurants, church
and school functions. |

Our
"Outside" sales team has over 7 years of rental
experience to make all of your event ideas come to life. We
provide you CAD layouts (3 dimensional views of your very
own event), site surveying, logistical planning, and the knowledge
to make your event one to remember. |

Megan
Causey, Inside Sales Director, has been part
of our family for 4 1/2 years. She brings to the table a lot
of experience in the event planning industry and continues
to raise the bar in ensuring complete customer satisfaction. |

Marsh, Inside Sales Representative, has been
with the company for 2 years and is a very experienced and
knowledgeable about our equipment and is eager to help you
plan your successful event. |

Rex
Ramsland, Inside Sales Representative, a member
of our Party Time family for over a year is very thorough
and knowledgeable of our products and is a pleasure to work
with. |

McDole, Inside Sales Representative, a former
member and now back with us, she brings to the table a no-nonsense
attitude coupled with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
She gets the job done and puts you, the customer as her highest

Take
I-465 East to Meridian St. (US 31) Go north on Meridian for
about 2 3/4 miles to Carmel Dr. Turn right onto Carmel Dr.
We are located on the left hand side about 2 miles from Meridian
before Rangeline Rd.

the East Side of Indianapolis:
Take
I-465 West to Keystone Ave. (SR 431) Go north on Keystone
Ave. for 2 3/4 miles to Carmel Dr. Turn left onto Carmel.
Dr. Go through the stop light at Rangeline Rd., we are on
the right hand side just past the fast food restaurant on
the corner.
From
North of Carmel/Indianapolis:
From
the U.S. 31/SR 431 split: Take Meridian south (US 31 south)
to the first stop light (Rangeline Rd.) Turn left (south)
onto Rangeline Rd. Follow for about 2 miles. Turn right (west)
onto Carmel Dr., we are located on the right hand side just
past the fast food restaurant on the corner. |
