SPACEWALK/INFLATABLE
POLICIES
- 1.
Delivery - If Party Time Rental delivers, the charge
for said delivery is based on the zip code of the delivery
location and the time frame selected.
Spacewalks/inflatables that are delivered and picked up
by Party Time Rental are to be deflated and rolled up at
the time of pick up (unless a $25.00 setup and tear down
fee has been paid).
The Fun Truck and Nascar spacewalk must be delivered by
Party Time Rental.
(Delivery Fee is NOT included in the rental fee)
2. Set Up - We charge $25.00 to set up and take down
a spacewalk/inflatable. (Plus a delivery fee)
3. Re-roll - If a spacewalk/inflatable is returned not
properly rolled, we charge $25.00 if we have to re-roll
it.
4. Tempearture - SPACEWALKS/INFLATABLES should not
be used outdoors in temperatures under 40 degrees Farenheit.
5.
Inclement Weather - SPACEWALKS/INFLATABLES should
not be used or left out in rainy weather.
6.
Setup - For a spacewalk is usually less than 10
minutes. Rolling after use takes approximately 20 - 30
minutes.
7.
Cancellation Fee - THERE IS A 100% CANCELLATION FEE
FOR SPACEWALK RESERVATIONS CANCELED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF
AN EVENT.
8.
Blower Inspection Fee - $25.00
if the blower is returned/picked up wet. There is also
a drying fee for the inflatable.
THINGS
TO REMEMBER
- SPACEWALKS/INFLATABLES
ARE EXTREMELY HEAVY AND REQUIRE ADEQUATE HELP.
- SPACEWALKS/INFLATABLES
MUST BE SET UP ON A CLEAN LEVEL SURFACE.
- WHEN
USING THE BLOWER, REMEMBER THAT PLUGGING IT DIRECTLY INTO
AN OUTLET IS RECOMMENDED. IF AN EXTENSION CORD MUST BE USED,
A 10/3 OR 12/3 GUAGE, NO LONGER THAN 25 FT. IS REQUIRED.
- SPACEWALK/INFLATABLE
BLOWERS MUST BE PLUGGED IN THE ENTIRE TIME THE UNIT IS IN
USE. UNPLUGGING WILL CAUSE THE UNIT TO DEFLATE.
- CUSTOMERS
WILL NEED TO SUPPLY 110V ELECTRICITY FOR ANY SPACEWALK/INFLATABLE
RENTED AND ADEQUATE HELP IN WATCHING CHILDREN USING THE
UNIT(S).
